Wherever I go, there I am.

I often say I’m neither a glass half empty or a glass half full kinda person … because I learnt from my father that if you’ve got a glass and it’s got something in it, then that’s what you’ve got to be grateful for.

I’m never sure what exactly shifts, I just know that it does ... I have become so attuned to my body (not that I necessarily always listen, mind you) that I can hear it when it asks for things on the levels of the physical (movement, food, safety etc.), emotional (overwhelm, restlessness, relations etc.), mental (agitation, focus, clarity etc.) and psychic (openness, withdrawal, love etc.)

After fasting for a week, my being feels like it is undergoing radical shifts. As it pushes into change it comes up against the outer edges of transformation and then has to recalibrate to a new more balanced set point. This is where the discomfort is mostly felt and a new understanding and way of being has to be lived into.

WE ARE ALREADY ALL WE ARE MEANT TO BE, SOMETIMES LYING JUST BENEATH THE SURFACE OF ALL WE HAVE BEEN CONDITIONED TO BE.
