  • ONE AND A HALF HOURS Craniosacral Therapy and developmental work R1,050
  • TWO HOURS Craniosacral Therapy and developmental work R1,450
  • THREE HOURS Craniosacral Therapy with optional Coaching, Meditation, Movement/Yoga and/or Somatic Release R2,200
  • UP TO ONE HOUR Craniosacral Therapy for children R800
  • ONE HOUR drop-in sessions after a period of committed therapies R850
  • HALF HOUR ice-water Craniosacral Therapy in tidal pool R850
  • Guided Nature Therapy can be added, from R500, depending on route

Appointments can be secured with an EFT payment prior to your treatment or can be made in cash only on the day.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a booking will be charged the full session rate.
Discounted rates can be discussed if scheduling weekly appointments for a minimum of four sessions and for those who have difficulty paying.

When things go out of balance in my life:
Since becoming a vegetarian over thirty years ago and a vegan ten years ago, I have been accused of being radical or over the top ... or dismissed as not knowing what I’m talking about every time I have mentioned the impact dietary choices have on health and the environment.
Some days I just can’t crack the brain stuff ...
When you are looking to leave the safe harbour of your current narrative, it can cause anxiety and fear around the unknown of the open sea. The anxiety and fear are important to prompt correct planning and preparation ... and can then be set aside without shame because all emotions arise from their need to be of service. Treat them well and be discerning... they are your guides.
