Integrative Group Work

I live by the philosophy that what we learn and gather is never for us alone and, as such, I am committed to sharing my wisdom with as wide an audience as possible. Using the magnificent mountains in Cape Town and surrounds, this is where I bring together all my modalities to work with groups – team building; leadership development; employee wellness; motivational meditation; communication skills; student hikes; nature immersion; teacher wellbeing.

  • Bespoke offsite mountain walks that can include meditation, group breathwork, team building exercises.
  • Weekly onsite 2-hour sessions for a minimum of 5 weeks to include gentle asana, simple meditation techniques, breathwork tools, nutritional guidance, body mapping, nervous system regulation and vagal toning.
  • Nature Immersion Therapy for students, corporates, teachers, business owners and anyone who wants to find meaning and integration through connecting with the elements.
  • A friends or family group wanting to connect in a safe supported environment.
  • Anyone struggling with addiction, grief, depression, trauma or other debilitating condition needing a bespoke program with a professional therapist and coach.

The qualifications I bring to my programs include Craniosacral Therapy, Integral Coaching, Jung and Developmental Psychology, Mountain Guiding, Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, Community Facilitation and Social Entrepreneurship. These are bolstered by my background in Finance, Consulting, Social Development, Teaching, Writing, Grief Counselling and NGO work in disadvantaged communities, I have accumulated knowledge from over almost four decades of consistent studies, which I teem with deep integrative and alchemical self-development work.
